Quantum Healing Lasers

Over 20 years ago my mother, Joy Gardner who is a holistic practitioner and writer practiced a form of light therapy utilizing a box with a full spectrum light bulb in it and colored films that would allow you to change the color projected on the user. She had very positive experiences working with clients using colored light and I could feel the difference between the calming and stimulating effects of different colors. Then my mother, started to charge water by placing it in a glass on the window sill with colored films in front of it, so that the sunlight would change the hue projected into the glass of water. It was amazing. These different color charged waters actually tasted different and acted different in the body.

Shortly after that experience with the colored water I read a book by John Ott all about the effects of light on plants. Plants convert light through photosynthesis into energy, which they utilize to grow strong and healthy. Poor quality lighting creates unhealthy plants. High quality lighting produces strong and healthy plants. So it is with humans. We need high quality light to thrive and feel good. In his book, Mr. Ott convinced me that florescent lighting should be avoided and that we should seek out or create environments that utilize natural or full spectrum light. To date I have a full spectrum light bulb in my office light, as it creates a much nicer working environment.

Light healing through the use of low level laser products, or cold laser equipment or phototherapy equipment is making its way into the lives of mainstream Americans. While slow to catch on, we know a good thing when we experience it and there is no doubt that light therapy is the next evolution of our healing process. Light carries with it the energy, the electrons and the information which the trillions of cells in our body’s need to perform optimally.
